In this introductory class you’ll learn and practice a simple technique for familiarizing yourself with your mind.This foundational mediation technique, imported from Tibet, is applicable to all beings with consciousness. Kindness is an essential part of this meditation technique. As we investigate and observe our own minds, it is important that we are kind to ourselves no matter what comes up. We’re trying to look at ourselves in our entirety without fear or judgment, and the key to this is kindness. This practice cultivates focus, discipline, tranquility, and kindness.
